CAN I WASH MY PILLOW?

We caution washing your pillow, as they are intended to be decorative in purpose.  However, should you decide to wash your pillow you can follow these steps:

If your pillow includes a zipper, you can turn  it inside out prior to washing, tumble or air dry.

If your pillow does not have a zipper, we recommend loosely placing it in a pillow case and washing in cold water and tumble or air dry.

If your pillow includes a picture, the photo paper manufacturer has stated that it is safe to wash.  

*Although we have successfully washed pillows with vinyl lettering, we cannot guarantee how many washes your pillow will survive.  Wash at your own risk. 

CAN I WASH MY FAUX FUR PILLOW?

We have tested the faux fur pillows in the wash and determine that not all faux fur pillows are made alike.  

The pink fur, cream, and black pillows can successfully be washed and placed in the dryer in a low or tumble setting, and will still look great afterward.

The gray fur pillows will loose their luster if washed and dried. Therefore, we recommend dry cleaning.  

CAN I RETURN MY PILLOW AND/OR GET A REFUND?

If your pillow arrives damaged, yes you can return your pillow for a full refund or we will send you a new pillow free of charge.

If your order is incorrect due to a mistake or misunderstanding on our part, contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@mypillowsandco.com and we will get it right or refund your money.

All pillows are customized, and in some cases personalized.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CREATE AND SHIP MY ORDER?

In most cases, orders are custom made and made to order. Orders will be complete within 3 to 5 days of the purchase date.  We strive to complete orders and ship them out as quickly as possible.  However, during busy seasons such Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Valentines Day we experience higher than normal orders. Processing time could take up to 7 to 10 business days.

We ship using USPS priority mail.  Once your order has been fulfilled, an email will automatically be sent to you with your tracking number. If you do not see an email from us, check your spam folder or contact us.

MY LETTERS ARE LIFTING, WHAT CAN I DO?

All pillows at My Pillows & Co. are intended for decorative purposes. Continuous sleeping, sitting, lying, and certain hair products on could possibly cause letters to shift or peel. To fix lifting, you can simply use an old pillow case or cloth and re-iron. If lifting has occurred within 30 days of purchase, contact us at info@mypillowsandco and we will issue a new pillow or a refund.

I WOULD LIKE A FULLY CUSTOMIZED PILLOW, CAN YOU MAKE IT FOR ME?
